and resources that promote excellence in clinical practice.

Goals & Objectives
Goal 1: Improve mental wellness and resilience among clients.
• Track client progress using standardized measures with 80% reporting symptom
improvement in 8–12 weeks.
• Provide workshops and resources on stress management, mindfulness, and
emotional regulation at least quarterly.
Goal 2: Provide professional development opportunities for clinicians.
• Offer quarterly training sessions on evidence-based practices, cultural humility, and
trauma-informed care.
• Develop a peer consultation program to support collaboration and reduce burnout.
• Provide mentorship and continuing education opportunities to early-career
therapists.
Goal 3: Expand accessibility and awareness of services.
• Enhance online resources (blogs, webinars, self-help tools) to support both clients
and professionals.
• Build partnerships with community organizations, schools, and healthcare
providers for outreach and education.
• Explore telehealth expansion within other states and flexible scheduling to reduce
barriers to care.
